Welcome
After your church signs up to become a sponsor and receives our welcome email, a member of our team will reach out to thank you for joining our program. They will also want to learn more about your church community. At Coverall Donuts, we value the communities that support us and pray for each of them. Getting to know you will help us.

Choose A Community
Following our initial conversation, we will share a shortlist of local organizations for your church to sponsor. If none of them are right, please let us know. We are happy to suggest more options. However, if your church does make a selection, we thank you. You all are literally being the hands of Jesus in our community by feeding complete strangers, and we honor you for it.

Pickup Date Assigned
Once your church selects an organization, we'll contact the organization on your behalf and schedule a monthly donut pickup date. We’ll share the final date with both the organization and your church. Each month, the donut receiver will pick up the donuts from the bakery. We share the instructions via text 24 hours before pickup.

Church Mission (Optional, SoCal-based Churches)
On the morning of the donut pickup date, your church is welcome to pick up the donuts and deliver them to the organization you are sponsoring. Please message us 48 hours in advance, and we will provide the pickup and drop-off addresses via text.

Repeat Delivery Monthly
We will send a reminder message to your church one week before your donut pal’s monthly pickup date. We will send another update once their order has been received, including any positive sentiments expressed.

Our sponsors can cancel their subscriptions at any time. Simply email us to do so. We ask that, once your church selects an organization to sponsor, you remain committed to that organization for at least one year.
